If your bag is an In Stock item, we aim to despatch it within 2 business days of receiving your order. If your bag is a Made to Order item, this means we make the bag specially for you on receiving your order. Depending on the style and available capacity, this can take up to 20 business days. Deliveries to the UK are charged at 10% of the value of the order (excluding VAT) up to £85, and a flat rate of £8.50 thereafter.
If for any reason the product you have ordered does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, please send it back to us, in the same condition in which we supplied it to you, with proof of purchase, within 14 days of receipt by you and we will arrange for it to be refunded or exchanged at your option. This does not affect your statutory rights. You also have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days. Please contact us immediately if you wish to do this. You must return the goods to us in their original condition. Please note that your right to return a product applies only to standard products offered for sale on our website. Bespoke commissions of non standard products made specially for you are not returnable although our product guarantee described below will apply. Similarly it is not normally possible to cancel a bespoke commission once ordered and paid for if work has commenced on the commission.
