Parcels up to 2kgs are sent using Royal Mail Signed For 2nd class service. Delivery via this service, to Mainland UK, are free (including the Highlands and Islands, Scilly Isles, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland). Parcels over 2kgs are sent using Parcelforce Express 48 service. This service excludes the following destinations: The Highlands & Islands of Scotland and Northern Ireland, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly & other non mainland UK addresses. Delivery outside Mainland UK is possible so please contact us by email to order. We don’t deliver to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or shipping agent addresses. International delivery is possible so please contact us for a quote.
Goods are dispatched once full payment is made through PayPal or transferred via BACS. We aim to process orders within 48 hours (Monday – Friday) and will take 3 – 5 days to arrive. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch an order straight away we will contact you to let you know as soon as possible and you will have the right to review your order, if necessary.
Please ensure that you provide accurate contact and delivery details. We do not accept liability for any failed or late deliveries due to incorrect address details, adverse weather conditions, or delayed customs clearance.
A signed acknowledgement of receipt will be required. If a receipt cannot be obtained, a card will be left with a contact number for you to collect the goods from a local Royal Mail Post Office.
Cancellations, Returns, Refunds
If you change your mind about the product you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the items under the Distance Selling Directive. Products can only be returned if they have not been used or damaged and packaged adequately. Please note that in this case you will need to pay the return delivery charge. We will refund you the full amount that you have paid for the product. Unfortunately we cannot accept proof of postage as proof of receipt for the goods and the refund will be only issued if the products are received by us and are in a good condition.
Whilst every effort is made to supply high quality goods if they arrive damaged we will send you a replacement or a refund for the full amount including any delivery charge. For any claim to be accepted, we must be notified within 3 days of receiving the items on 07729160197 or firstname.lastname@example.org. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
