Sip this sweet potato spirit delicately over ice, or warm your cockles by mixing two parts ginger beer and one part Sweet Potato Spiced Rum, and finish by adding a chunk of fresh cut lime.
Our Spiced Rum is made from a mash of cane sugar molasses and sweet potato, which is then distilled three times in our small copper pot alembic stills. Dive into waves of ginger, treacle and lemon blossom coming up for air only to be enveloped by cherry, peach and warm spices with a tap of cracked-caramel to finish. Surprisingly strong but fair at 42% vol.
Our Sweet Potato Spiced Rum is available in 50cl bottles and topped off with a hand-dipped wax seal.
