Based in the heart of the West Country five generations of the Barry family have been involved in the skin tannage and manufacturing of sheepskin and leather goods, this inherent knowledge and skill base makes Owen Barry the unique company it is today.
The present company was established in 1948 and to this day still specialise in the hand cutting and making of sheepskin and leather clothing, accessories and lifestyle goods.
We have a team of over 30 staff who have a vast portfolio of skills ensuring everything is lovingly cut and made by the finest British craftsmen. At BoB we will be showcasing the Owen Barry range with demonstrations of both cutting and making products on site.
As well as their own range Owen Barry can offer a CMT service and have large stocks of skins and hardware, this together with a huge skill base ensures we can offer the support and service you need to put together a bespoke collection that is as individual as you, your business and your customers.

Donald Alexander – Furniture-Maker
Donald Baugh is a furniture designer and maker who trained at Ryecotewood College in Oxfordshire in a traditional arts and craft style in fine furniture and then further extended his knowledge in 3D furniture design at Middlesex University.
His company Donald Alexander strives to create original furniture that is both beautiful and functional.
He combines both the old and the new where manufacturing is concerned and on a personal level is stridently passionate about keeping manufacturing alive in the UK.
