Having performed live since the age of 9 and whilst learning her craft of song writing and performing, Megan won the BBC Young Folk Award in 2009 and was nominated for their Horizon award in 2012. She is a regular performer at all the bigger UK music festivals; Glastonbury, Cambridge, Larmer Tree, Wilderness and Secret Garden Party among them.

Her music is clearly rooted in folk but it has seen her put her own youthful slant on a medium which has found a place on the mainstream map through artists such as the Mumfords, Laura Marling and the Bombay Bicycle Club etc. Megan has just finished recording and mixing her second album, which isn’t that folky at all and we’re looking forward to hearing it live from the atrium stage at BOB.
